Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or sale events, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Preorder items: Lead times are listed on the individual product page. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready, unless you contact us to arrange a split shipment.

Australia

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.

Pakistan

We're proud to offer free standard shipping to Pakistan on all orders. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location within Pakistan. Please allow additional time for remote areas.

India

Shipping to India is calculated at checkout via Australia Post MyPost Business carrier-calculated rates. You'll see the exact cost before completing your order.

Two services are available at checkout:

International Post Standard — economy option
International Post Express — faster delivery

A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

International (38 Countries)

We ship to 38 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, UAE, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Australia Post MyPost Business.

Two international services are available:

International Post Standard — economy delivery
International Post Express — priority delivery

Rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the Australia Post tracking page.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of your order being placed, please contact us.

Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
