Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Ibrah. Orders are shipped from Tullamarine, Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post or another suitable delivery partner selected by us.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian and Australian public holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

During sales, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options for deliveries within Australia:

Standard Shipping — AUD $10

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $10 per order.

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch. Regional, rural and remote locations may take longer.

Express Shipping — AUD $16

Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $16 per order.

Estimated delivery time is generally 1–3 business days after dispatch. Express shipping does not guarantee next-business-day delivery to every postcode.

Free Standard Shipping

Domestic orders with a product subtotal of AUD $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping is not included in this offer. Customers who select express shipping will be charged the AUD $16 express shipping fee, even when their order value is AUD $150 or more.

The applicable shipping charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Partners

We may use Australia Post or another reputable delivery partner depending on the destination, parcel requirements, service availability and other operational considerations.

Where a customer selects express shipping, an express or equivalent expedited delivery service will be used.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Available countries and shipping services will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including:

  • Delivery destination
  • Parcel size and weight
  • Available delivery service
  • Selected delivery partner

Estimated international delivery times will vary depending on the destination and selected service. Delivery estimates do not include customs processing time.

International deliveries may be delayed by customs, border controls, local postal services, public holidays, regional delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Ibrah. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.

If an international parcel is refused or not collected because duties or taxes were not paid, any return shipping, customs or re-delivery costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the delivery partner’s tracking system to update. Customers should monitor tracking updates and collect parcels from a Post Office or collection point when required.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, non-collection or unsuccessful delivery, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee before the parcel can be sent again.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel is significantly overdue, please contact us. We will work with the relevant delivery partner to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label
