Please review all product descriptions, measurements and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences regarding colour, style or fit. However, size exchanges are available subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a size exchange.
The item must be unused, with the original tag and attached string still intact.
Customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping and delivery of the replacement item.
If the same outfit is unavailable in your required size, you may select a different outfit of equal value.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchanges unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, significantly different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately—preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item when opening the parcel
Clear photographs showing the issue
A photograph of the packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the problem

Please do not wear, wash, alter or remove the tags or attached string from the item while your claim is being reviewed.

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. An unboxing video is requested to help us assess the claim; however, the absence of a video does not automatically remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The request to contact us within 24 hours helps us investigate delivery-related damage promptly and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are made from delicate, embellished, printed or handcrafted fabrics. Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, texture, stitching or finishing may naturally occur. Small irregularities that are characteristic of handmade or delicate fabrics are not necessarily considered faults.

Product colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

These natural variations make each garment unique and do not affect its overall quality or wearability. However, this disclaimer does not apply where a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
