Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference regarding colour, style or fit
- Sale or discounted items
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, significantly different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately—preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs or a video showing the issue
- A photograph of the packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the problem
Do not wear, wash, alter or remove the tags from the item while your claim is being reviewed. Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
The request to contact us within 24 hours helps us investigate delivery-related damage promptly and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Product Disclaimer
Many of our products are made from delicate, embellished, printed or handcrafted fabrics. Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, texture, stitching or finishing may naturally occur. Small irregularities that are characteristic of handmade or delicate fabrics are not necessarily considered faults.
Product colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
These natural variations make each garment unique and do not affect its overall quality or wearability. However, this disclaimer does not apply where a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
